Birthday, Excuses and Chocolate!

Chocolate – My biggest downfall! I really need to learn how to indulge without overindulging. I need to change my mindset and learn that you can have treats especially if its your birthday. Whats not OK, is to use this as excuse to ‘throw the towel’ in and give up. I’m not a quitter! I am ready to give myself a kick up the bottom and get back on my journey. Smart-wear for tracking your progress

I think it’s fair to say that this is the year we’re going to see smart-wear become more mainstream, especially with the new releases of the Apple watch and the new Fitbit… Losing weight is hard work.
