Birthday, Excuses and Chocolate!

Chocolate – My biggest downfall! I really need to learn how to indulge without overindulging. I need to change my mindset and learn that you can have treats especially if its your birthday. Whats not OK, is to use this as excuse to ‘throw the towel’ in and give up. I’m not a quitter! I am ready to give myself a kick up the bottom and get back on my journey.
