Birthday, Excuses and Chocolate!

Chocolate – My biggest downfall! I really need to learn how to indulge without overindulging. I need to change my mindset and learn that you can have treats especially if its your birthday. Something that has been playing on my mind is the programme Super Slimmers: Did they really keep the weight off that was on channel 4 last week. How does this impact people losing weight? It was a documentary that looked into the latest theory claiming that your body can try and sabotage your attempts to diet. Broccoli based cheesy garlic bread –  a new craze you need to try. This week has been really nice to opportunity to go back to discover new foods.
