Birthday, Excuses and Chocolate!

Chocolate – My biggest downfall! I really need to learn how to indulge without overindulging. I need to change my mindset and learn that you can have treats especially if its your birthday. Whats not OK, is to use this as excuse to ‘throw the towel’ in and give up. I’m not a quitter! I am ready to give myself a kick up the bottom and get back on my journey. Something that has been playing on my mind is the programme Super Slimmers: Did they really keep the weight off that was on channel 4 last week. How does this impact people losing weight? It was a documentary that looked into the latest theory claiming that your body can try and sabotage your attempts to diet. Broccoli based cheesy garlic bread –  a new craze you need to try. This week has been really nice to opportunity to go back to discover new foods.
